Please read the BOARDING page before filling out this form.

This is a request for a boarding reservation.  After submitting this form, you will receive a call within 24 hours requesting any further information that we require, or giving you conformation of your reservation.  If you need immediate conformation of your reservation, just call us at (419)354-7770 and book over the phone.  If you are looking to book more than 2 pets, please submit multiple reservations.  Please also note that any training sessions will require a follow-up session with the pets owner upon checkout.

Dogs that are boarding are required to be up-to-date on their Bordetella, Rabies, Flu(H3N2/H3N8), and Distemper Combo vaccines, as well as being on a flea preventative.  Cats must be up-to-date on their Rabies, FELV, FVRCP, and flea preventative.

Due to extreme demand our cancelation policy is as follows:

Boarding reservations cancelled within 48 hours of their arrival date will be charged for their 1st night of boarding.  No Call / No Show reservations will charged for full stay!
