New pets under Return customers must be booked through the New Customer form

This is a request for a boarding reservation. After submitting this form, you will receive a call or email, requesting any further information that we require, or giving you a conformation number for your reservation. If you need immediate conformation of your reservation, just call us at (419)354-7770 and book over the phone. If you are looking to book more than 2 pets, please submit multiple reservations. Please also note that any training sessions will require a follow-up session with the dogs owner upon checkout.

Dogs that are boarding are required to be up-to-date on their Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper Combo vaccines, as well as being on a flea preventative. Cats must be up-to-date on their Rabies, FELV, FVRCP, and flea preventative.
